How long does setup take?
Integration takes just 5 minutes. Connect your WhatsApp Business account, enter your hotel information, and start using your Hotel AI Assistant right away.
What if I don't have a WhatsApp Business account?
No problem! We'll guide you step-by-step through creating a WhatsApp Business account. Our support team is there for you throughout the entire process. If you request, we can handle the entire setup free of charge.
How does pricing work?
Hotel Desk operates with a credit system. The starter package starts at 19,90 € and provides you with 1000 incoming/outgoing message credits per month. You can choose the package that suits your needs. We recommend switching to the Starter package during the winter months when usage is lower, and to the Professional or Corporate package during the peak season in summer. There are no extra charges, and setup is completely free.
Which languages does the AI assistant support?
Our AI assistant can automatically respond in Turkish, English, Arabic, German, and Russian. It automatically detects your guest's language and responds accordingly.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. We are fully compliant with GDPR and Meta API requirements. Your data is used only for your hotel business.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If you like it after the trial period, you can start paying.
Can it integrate with my existing PMS system?
We currently work with manual data entry. However, we offer custom solutions for API integration in our Enterprise package. Contact us for details.
Do you provide support services?
Of course! We offer email support in all packages. Professional package includes priority support, and Enterprise package includes 24/7 phone support.
What should I do if I want to cancel?
You can cancel with one click from the dashboard anytime. No partial refunds, but you can continue using the service until the end of the current period.
How Does the System Work?
After registering with the system, custom stickers designed for you will be shipped to your hotel address. Simply place these QR Code stickers in appropriate locations in your rooms (e.g., mirror, door, refrigerator). Guests scan the QR Code to connect to your WIFI network, and the Smart Assistant will identify itself. The Hotel AI Assistant will then manage the entire process on your behalf and stay in touch with your guests 24/7.
